"Customer service, an increasingly rare experience. I enjoyed a most pleasant exception when dealing with SymCom recently. I had a question about a motor controller they manufacture and looked them up on the internet. Shortly after typing in a message I received a voice mail from SymCom's technical rep. Busy for a few days, I called back and the phone was answered by a human who put me thru to Jim B who could not have been more accommodating or well versed. I am so impressed by SymCom's responsiveness . They exhibit big modern company expertise with small company customer service."
